• During periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery options

We offer several delivery options to meet your needs:

• Standard delivery: 5 to 10 working days.

• Express delivery: 2 to 4 working days.

• In-store pickup (if applicable): Available within 24 hours after order confirmation.

Delivery costs

• Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to track your package in real time.

Refund Policy

At IsanicTCG Card&Game, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return and exchange

• You can return a product within 14 days from the date of receipt.

• The product must be in its original condition, unopened and undamaged.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part.

• Sealed trading cards (boosters, decks, boxes, etc.)

• Limited edition or exclusive products

• Graded or personalized cards

• Individual cards sold individually

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at niccharbonneau@isanictcg.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will offer you a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.
